Free Shipping:

Orders over £20: FREE 1 - 3 Day Shipping to most parts of the UK.
Orders under £20: FREE Economy 2–3 Day Delivery.

Weekend orders are processed for delivery starting the following Tuesday (or Wednesday after Bank Holidays).

Most orders arrive between 1 - 3 days; however, this is not a guaranteed service.

Monday to Thursday orders: Delivered within 48–72 hours.
Larger pallet orders: Allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Tent Company Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage:
All tents sold by The Tent Company come with a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers issues such as: Stitching defects, Missing parts, Waterproofing issues, Repairs and Replacements:
Any defective or missing product or component will be either: Repaired to working order, or Replaced with the same or a similar model at the discretion of The Tent Company, at no extra cost and at our expense.

Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
Poles or zippers (due to the risk of misuse), Damage not caused by manufacturing defects, such as Wear and tear, Damage due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., wind speeds above 28mph).
Mould or mildew, as it is dependent on storage and environmental conditions beyond our control.

Use Restrictions:
The warranty does not apply to professional or long-term use; it covers leisure camping use only.
For semi-permanent erections, the warranty covers manufacturing defects for the duration of the warranty period.

Damage During Shipment:

Non-Transferable Warranty:
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
